Playful Places is Surrey’s public space animation program that supports fun, interactive, and vibrant public spaces.  Through programs, events and temporary furniture Playful Places brings spaces to life. Explore new ways to experience your city!

Find Playful Places pop-up plaza installations in the following locations from May to September:

  • Surrey Civic Plaza
  • Parking Lot Plaza at 137th Street and 72nd in partnership with the Newton BIA
  • Hawthorne Square
  • 137th Street Parklet
